There, They're and Their

WALT identify and use homonyms correctly - Part 1

On Tuesday we had a task to make a poster about the meanings of There, They're and Their because they all sound the same but they mean different things and people can get a little mixed up with it when writing and a lot of people in our class did get mixed up, and mostly no one ever used "They're" in their writing. We also had to make some quiz questions so that we can see that you actually learnt something from this poster.

Quiz Questions

1)  Do you know that that's _______ car?!?!
2) __________ really compassionate.
3) Look! Batman is over ________!

  4. Hi Siale, This is Sam from Yaldhurst Model School,

This is an amazing blog post Siale, I like how you added
bright colours to make the blog post kind of pop. I also like how
you put pictures to go with the example of "There, They're and Their".
Though next time, try to read your blog post before posting it for mistakes, but apart from that, I think that this is a great blog post!
    Keep blogging Siale!

    Sam
